The Holliday City Council discussed an exemption for sewer rates for an increase in water meter size to two inches on Monday, July 20. Mayor Brad Litteken said Jeff Boyd with Lonestar Wastewater Services is requesting the exemption.

Carolyn Ann Burks, age 77, of Scotland, Texas passed away at her residence July 14, 2026. Graveside services were held at 10:00 a.m.
