Judge Randy Jackson of Archer County has been elected as Vice-Chair of Nortex Regional Planning Commission for the next year. The Executive Committee of Nortex Regional Planning Commission elected Judge Jackson at its regular monthly Board meeting in September to serve in this capacity for the Commission.
