Two Scotland residents were killed after a head-on collision on FM 172 Saturday, Jan. 15.

The Archer Public Library is rolling out a new program that will bring an internet hotspot to those who need it. According to librarian Gretchen Abernathy-Kuck, the library has come into possession of 10 hotspots devices which can be checked out.
