David Andrew Roewe, 65, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Monday, Aug. 7, 2023. He was born in Jacksboro on April 28, 1958, to Henry J. and Shirley A. Roewe, the second of six children. He lived in Windthorst until the age of 11 when his family moved to Oklahoma City.
