Body Tara Tackett was at her best this weekend in Windthorst’s sweep of Tolar in the area round. The sophomore right-hander allowed two runs on 10 hits with five walks and five strikeouts over 14.0 innings of work to punch the Trojanettes ticket to the regional quarterfinals.
