The fecundity of plants and their role in Nature… To feed all manner of other beings and still make enough seed to carry on and produce even more. Humans would not ever have evolved if this were not true. Yet, we complain when squirrels and birds take their share of the pecan crop. Nature’s plan is to provide enough for all.

The Sheriff’s Office received 123 Calls for Service during the past seven day period ending Sunday, Oct.4. On the day of this report there were 29 individuals incarcerated in the Archer County Jail consisting of 25 men and fourwomen.
