The Archer City Council heard a request from Grace Community Church for a variance to the zoning code of ordinance during its council meeting on Thursday, Feb. 19.

A historic building on the Archer City square is getting a new lease on life housing pieces of history. The building at 103 E Main St., which has housed Larry McMurtry’s Booked Up, White’s Auto Store, and Terry Love’s fabrication shop among others, will now serve as the home for Chris and Terry Aulds’ classic car collection.
