Through the years, there have been times that a church member has commented to me about my sermon: “You were preaching right at me today.” I have usually followed up with the comment: “That Bible passage has been preaching to me all week as I prepared the message.” It was certainly true as I prepared to speak on 1 Corinthians 10:31 – “So, whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.”

The Holliday Lady Eagles nearly doubled up second- place Brock to win the District 7/8-3A Area track meet on Thurs., April 20, in Jacksboro. Holliday finished with 147 points topping Brock’s 79 by 68 points while sending 11 athletes to the regional meet.
