Adrian Zea, age 55, of Archer City, passed away Thursday morning, May 22, 2025 at his residence. A funeral service was held at 1 p.m.

Wayne Douglas Eckstine, 85, of Westminster, Colorado, passed away peacefully on May 8 Born on Feb. 1, 1940, in Wichita Falls and raised in Archer City, Wayne lived a life full of dedication, love, and adventure. He earned his MBA from Texas Tech University, where he was a proud member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. In 1979, he made Colorado his home—a move that would lead him to meet the love of his life, Lola.

Cynthia “Cindy” Willis Flowers, age 88, of Holliday, Texas passed away Thursday evening, May 15, in Hospice of Wichita Falls. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m.

Frances “Grandmommy” Hoffman, age 102, passed away Saturday morning, May 17, 2025, in Wichita Falls, Texas, Vigil Service and Rosary will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, May 20, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Windthorst. Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with Reverend Michael Moloney, OFS, Pastor of St. Mary’s and St. Boniface Catholic Churches, officiating. Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery under the direction of Aulds Funeral Home of Archer City.

Danny Eugene Ham, age 77, of Archer City, Texas passed away, Thursday, May 8, 2025, in Wichita Falls, Texas. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, May 17, in the Archer City Cemetery.

Paralea Reed, age 78, of Archer City peacefully entered Heaven on Saturday, May 3, 2025, in Wichita Falls. Services will be held at 10 a.m.

Jo Ann Dugan Cummins of Seminole, Oklahoma finished her course on earth on April 27, 2025. Services will be held at 1 p.m.

Janice Kay McIlroy Pippin Smith was born on May 18, 1940, in Vernon, Texas. Her dad was an oilfield pumper for the Waggoner Ranch, and she grew up at Grayback on the Waggoner Ranch.

Wayland Dean Cowley, 78, of Bluegrove, Texas, passed away on Monday, April 14, 2025. A private family service will be held at a later date.
