Trojanettes grab second place

The Windthorst Trojanettes challenged the Seymour Lady Panthers in district action on Friday, Jan. 19 in Seymour, Texas. The fifth district game for both competitors did not disappoint, as the Trojanettes battled their way to a 55-46 victory.

The Windthorst Trojans journeyed west to take on the Seymour Panthers in district play on Friday, Jan. 19. The game stayed close for three quarters, but Seymour was able to pull away in the fourth, beating Windthorst 64-47.

Nocona bests Windthorst

The Windthorst Trojans clashed with the Nocona Indians in the team’s first home district game on Tuesday, Jan. 16. The Trojans fought hard for the four quarters, but it wasn’t enough as Nocona secured the 56-47 victory.

The Holliday ISD school board approved a guaranteed maximum price of $7,078,978 for bids and alternates for Phase 1 of Additions and Renovations to Holliday ISD on Monday, Jan 15. This phase focuses on additions and renovations for the fieldhouse, weight rooms, and football locker room for Holliday High School.
