Geneva Huffman Wood, age 85, lifelong resident of Archer City, passed away Saturday, July 2, in Olney. Services was held at 11 a.m.

Anton “Tony” Henry Berend, 87, of Vinita, passed away May 29, surrounded with love at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa. He was born April 1, 1935, in Windthorst to Anton and Eleanor Berend. Tony was one of 13 children. He graduated from Windthorst High School and after high school he trained to be a Welder.

Elwanda Stone, 88 of Holliday, went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, May 31. A Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, June 10, at the First Baptist Church in Holliday, with Pastor Darryl Sewell officiating.

Louellen Joy (Dougherty) Lechman, 88, of Wichita Falls, died peacefully on Monday, May 16, in the arms of the three loves of her life, her children. A celebration of life will be held June 11, at 11 a.m.

Gary Wayne Kuykendall, 55, of Holliday, Texas passed away May 26, 2022. A memorial service is scheduled at the Sale Barn Cowboy Church in Jolly, Texas on Saturday, June 11, at 10 a.m.

Peggy Louise Christy Clark, 67 years ol”der”, of Holliday living in Avilla, Ind. A mighty woman of God was called home to be with the Lord, making the beautiful early morning hours of May 25, one star brighter.

Mark Harrelson of Van Buren Arkansas, age 62, passed away Thursday, May 19, following an automobile accident that took place on April 13 in Houston. Services will be held at 10 a.m.

Les Coates, age 85, of Wichita Falls, passed away Thursday, May 12, at his residence. Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m.

James John Vieth, Sr., age 81, of Windthorst, Texas passed away on Sunday, May 8, in Hospice of Wichita Falls. Vigil service and rosary was held at 7 p.m.

George G. Wilson,78, of Archer City, formerly of Canadian, went to his heavenly home on April 16, in Archer City.
