The State of Texas has seen its share of historic natural disasters in the past few years, from hurricanes to wildfires to freezes. In any situation, the best thing you can do for yourself and your family is to be prepared. While each type of disaster can present unique challenges, the loss of electricity is detrimental to the safety of food storage and preparation.

ACMAC to host town halls for feedback

The Archer County Museum and Arts Center (ACMAC) will be holding town halls to gather the community’s input on its vision for the new museum. The museum was purchased from the county and turned into a nonprofit in 2020.
