Come, Holy Spirit, Come

Body
As we continue in the Easter season, and now just few weeks from Pentecost Sunday (May 28) where God sent the Holy Spirit down on the the Disicples and many others gathered in Jerulelem. As much as we are an Easter people (Jesus’ resurection and the promise of everlasting life), I like being a person of Pentecost because we need the Holy Spirit to get us to the day of Christs return both individually, and as the church.

Belcher surpasses 500 wins as Trojans fend off Honey Grove

Body
Windthorst head coach Scott Belcher recently collected his 500th career win in the Trojans 4-2 win over Seymour on April 29. Anyone who knows Belcher should find it as no surprise the Windthorst skipper didn’t want recognition for the honor but rather focus on highlighting his student-athletes over himself.
