Girls Friday, Jan. 21 Archer City 49, Archer City 49, Olney 21 The Lady Cats remained unbeaten in district play following a 28-point thumping on the road at Olney.
The Windthorst Spartans 8th grade boys are 6-1 on the season with wins vs. Olney (45-18), Archer City (44-6) and Quanah (50-26). The 8th grade was loss came against Lipan (57-31). The 7th grade boys are 3-4 with wins against Olney (32-23) and Archer City (32-15) and losses to Quanah (28-23) and Lipan (35-25). The Combo B Team is 3-0-1 with a tie against Olney (16-16) and a win over Archer City. All groups are improving throughout the season.

The Windthorst ISD School Board voted to extend Superintendent Dr. William Paul’s contract by one year through the 2024-2025 school year during its meeting Wednesday Jan.
