NOAH What is there to say about a kid who has done so much on the track in such a short time. Since his freshman year, Noah has been on top of the 3A Boys’ cross-country and track world, gobbling up 11 total state gold medals between cross-country, the 3200, the 1600, and the 800.

Atwood carries on track legacy

Body
Being a coach’s kid is tough. For the most part, they have to be at practice or games long before everyone else gets there, and leave long after everyone else has left. They are also usually held to a higher standard compared to other athletes, especially if the coach of that sport is the parent.

Golden Mentality

It’s hard to describe how important culture is for an athletic program. Culture can make or break any good team, whether it be football, basketball, or this case, track.
