It is that time of the year again and most of you are already thinking about what plans that you have for Easter. As stores have been selling candy and eggs for weeks now, it is easy to forget that Easter is not just a holiday for little kids. Easter is a time of the year where Christians can reflect on the resurrection of Jesus. It is a time where we can celebrate that our Savior is risen and no longer in the grave. As you make your plans for Easter, I want to give you three things to consider as you make your plans.

When Sean Speaks is a powerful, real life story about the consequences of riding with a drunk driver and was recently presented to Holliday High School, Holliday Middle School, Archer City ISD (712 grades) and Windthorst ISD.

Larson Vieth is the President of the Windthorst 4-H Club. He is active in showing Dairy Holsteins, competes in Dairy Judging and does community service in his community and for different groups. He is a senior at Windthorst High School and will be attending TSTC in Waco in the fall to pursue a degree in Electrical and Solar Energy hoping to use his work in the agriculture field. In school, he is active in football, FFA, 4-H, St. Mary's Youth Group, and his church. He currently works for Community Telephone Company/ Comcell in Windthorst and also is basketball referee for the Texas Association Sports Officials- Northwest Chapter.
