A gofundme and multiple fundraisers have been set up for Riplee Veitenheimer an Archer City one-year-old boy who has been hospitalized with Retinoblastoma which a form of eye cancer. Riplee, the son of Cody and Anya Veitenheimer, had two large tumors which covered three fourths of his left eye which has complete vision loss.

Do you ever sit down at your computer, turn it on and you get this message: “Do not turn off your computer while it’s updating”? As the little circle on the screen turns on the screen goes round and round, you get impatient and hold the power button down to make it re-set. We have all probably done that.

The Holliday City Council approved its fiscal year 2022 budget and tax rate during its meeting Monday, Sept. 13.
