Thurs., March 16 Archer City 5, Chico 4 Archer City (4-4) rallied for a pair of runs in the bottom of the seventh to walk-off with a 5-4 win over Chico. After Joe Castles doubled to lead off the bottom of the seventh, Gunner Smith tied the game with a single through the left side.

Thurs., March 9 Kennedale 14, Archer City 2 Archer City (3-8) surrendered 11 runs in the home half of the first, allowing Kennedale to take a substantial lead early. Addie Peters provided the big swing for the Lady Cats in a 1-for-2 effort with a two run homer.

Thurs., March 9 Haskell 10, Archer City 5 Haskell pushed across seven runs over the first two innings to take a 7-4 advantage and Archer City (1-4) was unable to claw back into the contest. Isaac Dieguez, Joe Castles, Brody Reneau and Kole Stovall all collected a pair of hits for the Wildcats lineup.

The Windthorst Trojanettes reached new heights in the 2022-23 campaign, posting a 27-5 overall mark before bowing out to eventual state champion Lipan in the regional quarterfinals. Windthorst limited Lipan for three quarters before the Lady Indians pulled away in the fourth quarter.

Making its first appearance at the state tournament, Holliday looked every bit the part of title contenders. The Lady Eagles shell-shocked Columbus early on and coasted to the finish in a 59-40 win in the state semifinals.

Thurs., March 2 City View 19, Archer City 3 Archer City (2-4) opened the Iowa Park tournament with a 19-3 setback to the Lady Mustangs. Addy Peters led the Lady Cats with a 1-for-2, two RBI performance at the dish.
