Early voting on the Nov. 7 Constitutional Amendment Election, the sale of malt beverages and wine for off-premises consumption only in the city of Holliday and a $33 million bond election for Olney Hamilton Hospital will start on Monday, Oct. 23, and run to Nov. 3.
