After the Times Record News announced it would be closing its printing operations at the end of April, the Archer County News has made the decision to have its paper printed with the Hood County News in Granbury starting April 20.
The Archer County News recently said farewell to its bookkeeper and office manager, Misty Cameron, in the month of March. Cameron was born in Canadian before moving to Archer City at the start of the second grade.
The Archer County News welcomed new Creative Director Grace Rees at the start of February as she helped transition out and replace outgoing director Jenny Schroeder. Rees is a Wichita Falls native who attended Notre Dame Catholic School before finishing high school in Iowa Park.
