Chris H. Bachmann, Jr. and Carolyn Kocks Bachmann celebrated fifty years of love and joy together on Jan. 2, 2021. Chris was the son of the late Chris Sr. and Claudia Ridinger Bachmann of Wichita Falls. Carolyn was the youngest child of the late John A.Sr. and Magdelena Morbitzer Kocks of Wichita Falls.

Archer County Judge Randy Jackson reported Monday, Jan. 25, the county has seen 40 new COVID-19 cases in the last week. The county will be included in the GA-29 mandate unless there are less than 30 active cases in a twoweek period.
