Trojanettes win home opener

Body
The home crowd buzzed in anticipation for the return of Trojanette basketball. The Trojanettes defense swarmed the Lady Hawks for a majority of the first half. Senior Annikah Frank initiated the scoring for the Trojanette offense after stealing an errant pass and draining a deep three-pointer near the beginning of the quarter. After a made free-throw by junior Megg Lindley, senior Cameron Belcher joined in on the thievery, jumping the passing lane and darting down the court for an easy breakaway layup.
