Holliday senior quarterback Grant Cox threw for five touchdowns and added a pair of TD runs to lead the seventh-ranked Eagles (9-1, 5-0) to a 48-20 dismantling of Callisburg (5-5, 2-3) on Friday. Cox finished the night going 24-of-35 for 386 yards while Holliday raced out to a 27-0 lead just nine minutes into the contest that proved to be too much for the Wildcats to overcome.

In the home of the Yellow Hammers, Holliday sophomore Jordan Peters laid down the hammer to lead the Lady Eagles to a five-set win over Wall on Thursday evening in Rotan. Peters collected a kill/ block double-double with 12 winners and 10 rejections as Holliday (36-9) held on for a thrilling 3-2 win.
