Trojans bounce back against Alvord

The Trojans bounced back in a big way on Friday, Sept. 19. After a 53-13 loss to Muenster a week prior, Windthorst whipped the Alvord Bulldogs 42-23 at home. 14 of the Bulldogs’ points came in the fourth quarter, when they were down 42-9.

Lady Eagles top Trojanettes in heavyweight match

It was an intra-county volleyball battle on Monday, Sept. 22 as the #8 3A Holliday Lady Eagles hosted the #5 ranked Windthorst Trojanettes. Despite the 3-1 victory by the Lady Eagles, the two clashed in four close contests that very easily could’ve went either way.

Windthorst FFA Bass Club compete at Lake Lewisville

The 2025 Texas High School Bass Association started for the Red River HS Bass Club on Lake Lewisville Saturday, September 20th. Seven teams from our RRHSBC including Windthorst FFA's Hunter Moss and Phillip Prespentt showed up and were part of 143 teams who had entered for the day to see who could come out with the most weight in bass.
