Lady Cats seek return to playoffs

The Lady Cats will look to build on a promising season from last fall for the upcoming volleyball year. Although the team lost just three seniors to graduation, it will be a majority of sophomores and juniors leading the charge for Archer City.

Archer City rebuilding at skill positions

Body
“Three yards and a cloud of dust,” the age-old adage describes an offensive philosophy that aims to overwhelm opponents with tough, physical plays on ground. The 25-26 Archer City Wildcats will look to follow that motto as they return four offensive linemen from an offense that had almost 4000 rushing yards, 48 rushing touchdowns, and averaged 332.3 rushing yards per game last season.
The Wildcats will feature an almost completely new crew at the skill positions after they graduated their starting quarterback and several leading running backs/receivers. File photo
