Lady Eagles outpace City View 17-6 Holliday rallied for nine runs in the top of the seventh to break open an 8-6 ballgame and cruise to a 17-6 victory over City View on Tues., March 19. Sammi Kirkland, Kinley Marek, Carly Duggins, Jordan Peters and Carli Wilson each led the Lady Eagles with three hits apiece while Peters and Wilson also drove in three RBI in the win.

Tuesday, March 19 Windthorst 11 Seymour 0 Sophomore Conner Schreiber tossed a sensational shutout against the Seymour Panthers on Tuesday, March 19, securing his and the Trojan’s first district win of the season. The lefty tossed a near perfect game, allowing just one hit, no runs, one walk, and nine strikeouts, also adding a hit and a run from the plate.

Trojanette ace Kamdyn Neal was tossing a no-hitter shutout before she was relieved in Windthorst’s home win versus the Perrin- Whitt Lady Pirates on Tuesday, March 19. Neal and the Trojanettes built a commanding lead by the start of the fourth, which allowed her and other starters to get some rest while other young Windthorst players on the roster gained much-needed in-game field and bat work.
