Storm weathers utility, water workers

Body Last week and even into this week, workers across the county have been struggling to cope with the effects of frozen pipes and water leaks. Archer City was hit the hardest in terms of water outages, with leak problems beginning in the early morning hours of Tuesday, Feb.
