Second-ranked Holliday held Valley View to a meager 37-yards of total offense and four first downs in a 55-0 drubbing over the Eagles. Despite turning the ball over three times via fumble, Holliday managed its first shutout of the season and lowered its points allowed per game to 10.2 after the win.

Windthorst slips to 2-3 following the setback as it welcomes Petrolia to Trojanland on Friday, Oct. 7, for homecoming.
