Body Twin brothers Noah and Ryder Strohman are two of the best distance runners in the history of Holliday High School. In just three years, the juniors have amassed a horde of cross-country and track medals, were even key contributors in Holliday’s state track title this last season.

Body The Windthorst Trojanettes’ underdog softball season came to an end on Friday, May 2, losing to the Whitewright Lady Tigers in the Area round of the playoffs. The young Trojanettes exhausted all efforts in both games, even nearly completing the comeback in Game 2.

Body In the best-of-three series between the Archer City Lady Cats and the Tioga Lady Bulldogs, the two teams combined for over 40 runs and 40 hits in the two games played on Thursday, May 1.

Body Eagles peck Greyhounds After a fantastic pitching performance in Game 1, and even being outhit by the Peaster Greyhounds in Game 2, the Eagles managed to hang on and advance to the Area round after completing the 2-0 series sweep on Saturday, May 3.
