Body The Archer Public Library was established in 1968 with Virginia Parsley Talyor serving as the first librarian. The non-profit was originally housed in a small room behind Archer City City Hall before moving to its current location at 105 N. Center.

Body Before he took the stage last Friday night for a soldout acoustic guitar swap with fellow singer-songwriter Mike McClure, Cody Canada spent some time wandering through the Archer City Cemetery. “I don’t do cemeteries,” Canada said, but he wanted to pay homage to his ancestors.
