Windthorst boys basketball is under new leadership for the 2022-23 season as Dylan Stark is promoted to head coach after serving as an assistant for the last three years. “Dylan was the best man for the job,” Windthorst AD Chris Tackett said.

It’s hard to believe players report to fall camp in under two weeks. It feels like yesterday we were chasing baseball and softball teams around the state for deep playoff runs.

The Archer City Wildcats are hosting a midnight practice on Monday, Aug. 1, the first official day of practice, to kickoff the fall sports season.

New Archer City Athletic Director and head football coach Bradan Ritchey has created quite the buzz about the Wildcats program since his arrival in February. Excitement around town is palpable as anticipation for the 2022 football season nears.
