Body Windthorst saw its 2022 campaign come to an end with a 20-9 record in the area round of the postseason following a pair of losses to Hico on Wednesday and Monday, 7-4 and 9-3. Hico moves on to meet Tolar in the regional quarterfinals.

Body Archer City (22-6) breezed through Rio Vista in the area round, posting run-rule victories in both contests, 11-1 and 12-1, on Friday and Saturday at Springtown.

Body Windthorst (18-9) got a pair of pitching gems from Cooper Wolf and Zeke Mayo to complete the bi-district sweep of Lindsay on Monday in Henrietta. The Trojans offense came alive and pounded out 30 runs, sweeping the twinbill 12-0 and 18-1.

Body Friday, April 29 Holliday 5, Bowie 3 Cooper Turner belted a three-run blast in the bottom of the fifth to put Holliday (26-3) on top for good as the Eagles completed an unbeaten run through District 7-3A with a 5-3 win over Bowie.
