Body The Holliday Lady Eagles’ district run of dominance continued into their next series as they trounced the City View Lady Mustangs by a combined 36-2 in their two games on Tuesday, March 24, and Friday, March 27.

Body The Holliday Eagles bounced back in a big way on the baseball diamond. After a pair of heart-breaking losses to the Henrietta Bearcats, head coach Jason Kress and his Eagles rattled off two important wins over the City View Mustangs on Tuesday, March 24 and Friday, March 27.

Lady Eagles win City View meet, Eagles take second

Body The Holliday Lady Eagles came away with another first-place finish as a team at the City View Heath Aldrich Relays on Wednesday, March 25. The Lady Eagles took first with 182 points while the Eagles claimed a silver as a team with 142 points.

Bearcats Outlast Eagles

Body The Holliday Eagles took on the Henrietta Bearcats on Tuesday, March 17, and Friday, March 20 for their next district series. Just a few days after their hardfought district losses to Iowa Park, the Eagles were set for another highly-contested series with the Bearcats.

Seward slashes Lady Cats in lopsided wins

Body The Holliday Lady Eagles scored a total of 40 runs in their two district games with the Henrietta Lady Cats on Monday, March 16, and Tuesday, March 17. In addition, former Henrietta Lady Cat Kyra Seward pitched both games and was unstoppable.

Trojanette bats bully Electra, Olney

Body The Windthorst Trojanettes bounced back from their district loss to Petrolia on Monday with a pair of blowout wins over the Electra Lady Tigers on Friday, March 20, and the Olney Lady Cubs on Monday, March 23.

Lady Cats outrun Lady Panthers

Body Archer City became Home Run City on Friday, March 20 as three different Lady Cats mashed moonshots over the wall in the 18-0 district home win over the Seymour Lady Panthers. The first homer came from junior Addi Canada in the bottom of the first.
