Body Holliday could not have asked for a better start in its area round meeting with fifth-ranked Jim Ned. The Lady Eagles got off to a quick start, building a 15-8 lead after the first quarter.

Body Hawley’s Diontay Ramon banked in a 3-pointer at the buzzer to lift the Bearcats to a 66-63 bi-district win over Archer City. Ramon took the inbound pass with three seconds remaining, dribbled up mid-court before pulling up at the 3-point line.
